The final phase of ReGeneration will include three new interactive exhibits to let every child experience being a scientist.
“Our Universe” will focus on astronomy. Visitors will be able to manipulate telescopes in other countries to view distant galaxies or a close-up look at the surface of our own moon.
“Our World” will be devoted to exploring our home planet, Earth. It will have a working wet lab to let guests investigate the environment and conduct experiments in a group setting.
“Our Selves” will use advanced microscopes and interactive displays to help children learn and understand about the microcosms within the human body.
After the final phase of regeneration is completed, Morehead will feature a a 75-seat Science Studio, where interactive multi-media presentations engage young minds and encourage audience participation.
