Education: Sophomore
Hometown: Durham, NC
Experience With Children: This is my second year working at Morehead Afterschool Program, in addition to working with Morehead summer camps. I was a girl scout from first grade to twelfth grade and spent most of my high school years organizing activities and camping trips for younger troops.
Goals for School Year and Career: My goals for this school year are to do well in my classes and become involved in more extracurricular. For my career I am interested in becoming an elementary school teacher and will be applying to the school of education this year.
Hobbies/ Fun Fact: I enjoy painting, drawing, and photography. I also make jewelry.
Why did you choose to work at Morehead?: I found out about the program through my work study. I chose to work here because I love to work with children and this is a great opportunity to do so.
