Education: First Year, Communication Studies Major
Hometown: Cary, NC
Experience with Children: I spent three years as an Afterschool Counselor for kraft YMCA, and three summers as the head counselor for Camp Explorer.
Goals for School Year and Career: For the school year I would like to maintain a strong GPA and apply educational knowledge outside of the classroom. For my career, I would like to build a meaningful relationship with co-workers and children and to open the eyes and minds of children by encouraging them to think in a scientific way.
Hobbies/Fun Facts: I enjoy dancing, cooking, playing soccer, listening to music and helping others. I don't have an appendix.
Why did you choose to work at Morehead?: As a Morehead educator I am able to pursue and combine some of my greatest passions, education and working with children.
