Hometown: Arlington, Virginia

Experience with Children: I have spent the last three years working at the planetarium with summer camps, afterschool, girl scouts, and many other programs. Prior to that I worked at other summer camps, babysat, and was an assistant with a kindergarten classroom.

Goals for Summer and Career: My goals for the summer are to spend another great summer working with camps, enjoy the humidity that consumes Chapel Hill in the summer, and perfect my Chaco shoe tan lines! My goals for my career are to join the Peace Corps, explore the world around me, and ultimately to go to law school.

Hobbies/Fun Fact: When I'm not studying or running around at camps, you can find me tweeting, listening to all forms of rock music and spending sunny afternoons in my Eno Hammock.

Why did you choose to work at Morehead? Who else can say they worked at a planetarium? Plus, all the great people don't hurt either! The most curious children come to Morehead and I get to help get them excited about science!
